At PC Adda, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we encourage you to review our Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy outlined below.
1. Cancellation Policy
a) Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order at no additional cost (excluding any applicable payment gateway fees) if the product has not been shipped within 4 working days from the date of purchase.
b) Cancellation After Dispatch
If the order is cancelled after the product has been dispatched, the refund will be processed after deducting two-way shipping charges and any applicable payment gateway fees.
2. Return and Warranty Policy

2.1 – 7-Day Return Policy
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- a) The product is damaged, defective, or does not match the description on our website.
- b) The product has missing parts, accessories, or components mentioned in the listing.
2.2 – Warranty Policy (Post 7 Days)
PC Adda reserves the right to determine the most suitable service method based on your location. Service options, response time, and replacement availability may vary across regions.
Warranty Coverage:
• Manufacturing defects up to 1 year (depending on warranty chosen at purchase).
• Battery and Adapter – 6-month warranty.
Not Covered:
• Physical or accidental damage, liquid damage, or misuse.
• Unauthorized service or modification.
Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.
2.3 – Conditions for Return
- a) The product must be returned in its original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories.
b) It must not be physically damaged or altered after delivery.
c) Any device containing personal data must be factory reset before returning.
d) Returns due to buyer error or change of mind may be accepted with a restocking fee.
e) Ensure the product is securely packaged.
2.4 – Return Process
To initiate a return, contact Customer Support via the Contact Us page or details below.
Returns must be pre-approved; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Technician visits may be arranged to assess the product.
Approved replacements will be shipped within 24–48 hours after the returned item reaches our warehouse.
2.5 – Non-Returnable Items
Non-returnable items include:
• Products not in original condition.
• Items damaged due to mishandling.
• Customized or personalized products.
3. Refund Process
- a) Return to Origin (RTO) – Undelivered Orders:
Refund initiated within 24–48 hours once product reaches our warehouse.
Amount credited within 7 business days, excluding courier charges.b) Delivered Orders – Customer-Initiated Returns:
Refund issued within 14 business days to the original payment method or bank account (for COD orders).Deductions:
Defective product – only depreciation for usage.
• Non-defective product – minimum 10% restocking fee or 3% per month usage deduction.
• Additional deductions apply for customer-induced damage.
4. Policy Updates
PC Adda reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication.
5. Company Discretion
PC Adda reserves the right to decline or restrict returns and make the final decision regarding refunds, replacements, or warranty claims.
